Three months have passed since those golden rays of mid July set upon the final night of Farr Festival 2017. After some much needed rest and recuperation we are proud to announce that Farr Festival 2018 will extend across four days and three nights at Bygrave Woods in Hertfordshire.

Yes you read that right, we are presenting a fourth day of music on the Sunday, allowing us to explore the outernational sounds of dub, reggae and disco. We are breaking from tradition and are bringing the festival forward by a week. So without hesitation, mark off Thursday 5th July to Sunday 8th July in your calendar as Farr Festival 2018.

Farr Festival 2017 was a truly magical experience, not only were there overwhelming positive vibes, but the energy and atmosphere of everyone in attendance was infectious leaving us in awe and admiration of our loyal audience and everyone else that was involved with making 2017 the best edition yet.

We brought you three new stages, including the fire breathing, super-size stage “The Factory” hosting live performances from Booka Shade and Todd Terje. Magical sunrise sets captivated you at the “Campfire Headphase” stage and the “Brilliant Corners” yurt showcased unforgettable selectors with secret sets from Floating Points and Sadar Bahar. Rest assured all three stages will make a return in 2018, plus the addition of another (yet to be unveiled) stage.

Our plans for 2018 is to only get better. Some things will remain; an exquisite lineup of bands, live acts and DJ’s across four days that will not only bring the heat, but will also expand your mind into new sounds from afar. Our campsite will be bigger and better, accommodating showers and a boutique area. “The Shala” will have more space for all you limber yogis and hot tub chillers. If our night time activities are not enough, your days will be a lot more jam packed with an increased programme. If you forget your pink wig and sequin leotard, the "Bitch Boutique" will have even more glitter and festival fashion for you to indulge in.

At Farr we are always looking to improve and we are working closely with the local council and community to unshackle our sound limit, so we can fully embrace the music next year.

Registration for 2018 early bird tickets is now open. We strongly suggest you sign up, as demand for (£85) early bird weekend tickets is guaranteed to exceed the limited amount that are available. Alternatively ysplit the cost of your (£125) weekend ticket by signing up to our 2018 membership scheme.
